Weave version 0.2.7 released

Mozilla yesterday released the new version of Weave i.e. 0.2.7. Weave is a Mozilla extensions on the same line as Google Browser Sync. Weave grew to popularity after its initial release so much so that Mozilla has closed new account registrations. But weave has been bugged by a lot of issues. Apparently it uses high memory and CPU during sync.

The much awaited version is a disappointment though since it doesn’t have the bugfixes that users have been expecting for a long time now. It is just an update to certain licensing terms and conditions. The changelog located at the first run page still has not been updated. Apparently users have no way to go but to wait for the next release to have their issues attended to.
