For me Alertpay works the best apart from PayPal.
all list are the best
Pay Pal is number one i think…
Obopay is another alternative to Paypal that you don’t have listed yet. We have recently enhanced our service and are seeing a lot of new customers that were looking for a Paypal alternative that are now very happy with us. The enhancements that we have made include a new improved checkout that lets anyone receive a debit/credit card payment from anyone else. We also offer new improved tools including payment button and links, social networking widgets and mobile tools like text to pay and donate. Check us out at http://www.obopay.com and let me know what you think. We are focused on customers and getting their feedback to continue to improve our service

I am in total agreement with David’s comment as I am an Obopay customer. Obopay is a great solution for small businesses operating on a tight budget. The reasons? Obopay’s fee’s are much less than PayPal and the one sending money pays the fee, not the receiver or business providing the service.
And the team at Obopay is very responsive and quick to solve any questions or problems. I am not affiliated with Obopay in anyway, just a satisfied customer.
I’d also suggest CheddarGetter. CheddarGetter is a simple and flexible online recurring billing service, and can be used by a wide range of businesses. Its features include multiple pricing plan options, custom analytics, and a thoroughly documented API (among others). Best of all, it has a free membership available, and is really easy to use. I’d definitely suggest it!
