Google Gift: Pep up your Gmail

Google has released a lot of extra “beta” features for Gmail. There are about 29 of them. These features have been released by Google Labs and can be found by navigating to the Gmail Settings and then to the Labs tab. You can enable the ones you like and keep the rest disabled. The features include handy tools like pictures in chat, emoticons in emails, canned responses amongst others. You will even get to play the snakes game if you enable it. This comes with a catch though. None of these features is ready for prime time. But then if you have trouble you can always temporarily disable all these by navigating to https://mail.google.com/mail/?labs=0.
