thanks for your good work, made my old P4 and Cel-M faster and more usable!
i’m really surprised that SIMD has not become standard – it’s been around since the Pent-MMX in 1995? P54?
could you please include a built-date in the file name or SVN #?

BTW, I’ve double-checked, this problem only occurs with the SSE2 build, the SSE one is just fine.

Where’s the old build especially firefox 3.6b2. I would really like to use this build since it is the only lates firefox to support aero peek in Windows 7 and with the enhanced speed of sse2 it can be said almost perfect.
Really, really appreciate your great work. Firefox runs faster than firefox!

Though SSE 3 and SSSE 3 are great technologies, I don’t believe there will ever be an option to build sse3 optimized versions of Firefox. This is because sse3 is designed for multimedia applications. Since Firefox doesn’t convert videos natively or do anything like that, sse3 is somewhat useless as an optimization for it.

You can install this version side-by-side with the real Firefox distribution without a problem. Also, all the extensions work with this one, so you shouldn’t have any trouble.
