ColorfulTabs and Firefox 3.6.2
-
Hello,
I just installed Firefox 3.6.2, and it appears that ColorfulTabs 4.3 is incompatible with this version. Will we be seeing a new version of ColorfulTabs that supports this version of Firefox?
Thanks,
-KD -
What seems to be the issue? Are you not able to install it or is it not able to color the tabs?
-
It won't install. Under Tools/Add-ons it just says "Not compatible with Firefox 3.6.2
Thanks,

I've updated it now. This shall fix the issue. Allow upto 30 minutes for the changes to reflect.

Boy, that was fast! It's working perfectly!
Thanks,

I have the new updated firefox as well as the colorful tabs. In reading though I see there are lots more options for other users than I am getting. I would like to make all of my tabs bright colors without doing the soft pastels. The only option I seem to have is doing them one at a time instead of all of them. Do you have any suggestions for me? Thanks, Jr

Judy, which options are you missing? Please send a screenshot of ColorfulTabs Options.

Since the update to 3.6.2 I have been having problems with colorful tabs. I got the message that it was not compatible with 3.6.2 and I saw here that it has been updated. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked fine. But when I rebooted my computer, it was back to the message that it wasn't compatible again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times now and every time I reboot it reverts back. I love this program and hope I can figure how to get it to continue to work even after reboots. Thank you for any help you can give.

Hi I also have Firefox 3.6.2 and now suddenly no more Color Tabs ...AT ALL! I have tried re=installing a number of times and am told each time that this version of TABS is not compatible w/ my version of Firefox.....and this despite the fix you had supplied.
Is there anything else I can do?? I sure am bummed about being back to all these very BLAH tabs!

Hello
I have Firefox 3.6.2 and ColorfulTabs works fine until I restart my pc when it suddenly becomes "incompatible". However this cannot be the case because it works again after a reinstallation until I have to shut down and reboot. Then I have to reinstall!
