Instead, every time I started Firefox I got an extra page telling me I'd upgraded to the latest version of Firefox! LOL Took me a while, but I finally found the answer:<br /> Your preferences are corrupted. Sounds worse than it is, and it's very easy to fix. Just close Firefox, go to your Profile folder and delete prefs.js then restart Firefox and you're good to go.<br /> You may have to reset some preferences, but the problem will be gone!</p> <p>To get to your Profile folder go to Start &gt; Run then type in %APPDATA% and browse to your Mozilla folder. In that is your Firefox folder. In that is your Profile folder.
