colorful tree view

I like idea of coloring tabs, but still i feel that it could be developed
further. Now random coloring can get me bit confused some times and domain coloring isn't that necessary as there are those little icons on tabs anyway.I would like to propose a new coloring scheme called "tree view".
Idea shortly:
-whenever I open new tab from specific tab for the first time assign a new (random?) color to it and its child tab. This continues, all children are assigned the same color. Then when I select one of the children and open a new tab from there new color is assigned to both of them.
-of course if current tab is only one of it's color use the old color
-this would be particularly useful when opening tabs next to current one (for example, with tab mix plus)
-here is a example (A,B = color of the tab)
1. 1A
2. 1A 2A 3A (2 new tabs)
3 1A 2B 4B 3A (new tab opened from 2)It is also be possible to indicate which of the similarly colored tabs is
the parent by making it slightly darker. So last row of the example would look
like this: 1A* 2B* 4B 3A (* means darker)I don't know much about theory of colors but it might be possible to indicate this relationship even further like this (now * and + are colors)
1. 1**
2. 1** 2* 3*
3. 1** 2*++ 4*+ 3*I hope you can understand my example.
When completely new page is opened (not a link) more distinct color should be assigned and when opening link colors are blended so
relationship is closer. So, what do you think? This is very raw idea so feel free to criticize.

I like this idea. In fact I've been waiting to implement this in a very basic form (where the colors are not inherited by the children of child tabs). I'll let this topic stay in the features request forum so that I can find in the list of actionables.

Great! It'll be exciting to see how well it works in practise.
Thanks for accepting my (and other's!) feedback so well!
