ColorfulTabs has conflict/bug for me?

Hi there, first i'd like to say many thanks for this extension which has made my browsing a lot easier by color-coordinating my efforts. I've only been without it now for a few days, and already it's become very frustrating.

Following an 'add and remove' session of my add-ons, the CT menu became corrupted (see attached image). I first searched the Mozilla forums, to no avail. Following which I systematically removed the remaining add-ons, one by one, without any improvement to CT. I have also uninstalled CT, and reinstalled it without improvement. What I did notice is that on re-installation of CT, it has remembered all my saved tabs.

Would it help to perform a clean install of CT, and if so, how would I do this?

Should I provide some kind of log, and if so how might i do so?

The options panel opens in one elongated list and without a close button (as per above pic). Whereas previously it showed half a dozen entries and a scroll bar to navigate to the bottom of the list. This makes it impossible to add any further entries under the advanced tab/Preset Domain Colors.

There is no difference after changing to the Firefox default. I tried blanking out some entries, though I cannot access the save button in this state?

I have discovered this thanks, though it does not help me use CT as per usual. I cannot add further domains once the list is longer than the viewable page, as I cannot access the new domain input fields.

How can I effect a clean install of CT?

Unfortunately the clean install has not helped, and I will wait patiently for a futuire fix.
