I also have two monitors, and both are set for 96dpi

I also have a dual monitor setup. I checked both monitors, and both were set at 96 dpi already.

Sorry to hear that you are still having the issue. Try this on a different computer. If that works it would mean that something is different on your computer.
Try it in a different firefox profile. If that works there something wrong with the profile itself. -
I tested my Firefox on my home computer and the option dialog displays as one would expect. Since this is a portable version of Firefox, it is the same browser that I was running on my laptop. So the problem appears to be related to the laptop's display setup, and not to the setup of Firefox or the Add-in. I suspect it has to do with NVidia which manages my displays. I will test further as time permits.
It seems to me that it is inappropriate to expect the user to adjust settings on the machine in order to accommodate an add-in application. I think that the add-in should be designed so that it can adjust to the platform upon which it is operating. There are users out there who have, for various reasons, a requirement to increase the size of the fonts on their machines.
I think that allowing a sizable options dialog box would probably solve the problem. However, I have no idea how hard that is to accomplish in actuality. -
That would be pretty easy actually. I'll just expand the window. However to give you an example Photoshop also has this quirk. I very much liked the larger font-size on my 1920*1200 resolution but I had to settle down with the default since Photoshop wouldn't display things correctly. And surprise... you got company - mine is an Nvidia as well.
