Is it enable in the extension manager?
While holding down the shift key, right click on the page and drag your mouse over the context menu.
What are the options in the right click menu under "CuteMenus Config"?

Yes, it's enabled. Options are all the styles that are available, Default is ck'd, OfficeXP is ck'd, and Disable Cute Menus is at the bottom of the list.

Which Firefox theme are you using?

LittleFox 1.8.51. And as I said in my original posting, Cute Menus works great on my PC, and all settings, add-ons, etc. are the same on my laptop.

Can you please set it up to use default theme and see if it works there? If it does we'll troubleshoot the scenario with the current theme.

Default theme now set (still no Cute Menus icons, tho).

What all extensions are you using? What is the operating system you are using? Can you disable all extensions except cutemenus2 and try again?

I appreciate your willingness to assist. I'll disable all and re-enable one by one and will let you know.

Finally have a chance to troubleshoot. Disabled all extensions except cutemenus2 3.1 and still no icons in the bookmarks menu. Before I disabled the extensions, icons properly displayed in the Add-ons list but none displayed in the bookmarks list. Now, with extensions disabled (except cutemenus 2) icons don't display in the Add-ons list, either.
