How do I get the chrome back?

    I tried putting in my own color scheme and I hate it, now I can't get back the chrome. Also my colors don't change when I open new tabs????? This is all so new to me but I would love to have the pretty pastel and other colors run randomly.

    Can u help? I am a blonde!
