Regression: App Tab notifications are broken again.

    App tabs normally glow when the title has changed, such as in Gmail or Twitter. It appears this problem was fixed in this thread, but it appears to have regressed. The app tabs with ColorfulTabs enabled only show a thin orange line around the border that is almost impossible to notice, which I assume is not the intended effect. Firefox's default glow notification is very subtle and nice; I hope it can be implemented with ColorfulTabs.

    It's the intended effect without the need to remove/change the color from/of the tab.
