Binary Turf Forums - an Update

It's been over a month since we launched the Binary Turf Forums. So I thought it's time for a small update about what's going on. When I release ColorfulTabs or FfChrome of CuteMenus2 the site gets flooded with comments requesting support. That's only for those who don't have my email. And those who do, they don't hesitate to send bug reports. While all this is appreciated and looked into, at times it quite becomes unmanageable and even frustrating and demotivating given that I do this in my free time. (Oops, I received an abusive email yesterday with the f-word).

I thus announced Binary Turf Forums - a place where you can get help and resolution to your technical queries and I can share my technical expertise in the domain since I've worked for more than six years as a support personnel. Sarcastic Horse volunteered to moderate the forums and has helped us through this time. We have been able to ensure that every post gets answered if not resolved because sometimes it's a software bug that can only be resolved with an update.

The forums have become a popular place for users to find help and instructions and share their expertise. A major reason is that we ensure that every post does get a response. The forums are not limited to provide support for the software you download here. In case you have any other technical support requests they are welcome. Make sure to create a thread and we'll find the information for you.
